Possibility to combine with a studio (named "The Backstage") for two persons located in the same building via a separate access.
A few steps away from the Place du Bronze, you can park your car in a paid public parking lot at the foot of the building.
The building has a superb view of the castle.

This apartment is attached to an old cinema that has been completely renovated into a multi-purpose room. It is possible to book this room separately as well as an additional studio in the same building for two people (called The Backstage).

This former artist's loft is nestled above the stage of a former theater/cinema.
It has its own private entrance via a quiet alley and will provide you with all the necessary comfort in the heart of the city of La Roche-en-Ardenne.
The Backstage is a cozy one-story apartment that you enter through a small alley.
Once in the corridor, you must take the stairs on your left to reach the front door of the apartment.
Inside you will find:
Directly to the left of the entrance, a bathroom with a shower tray, a suspended toilet and a sink. The rest of the apartment is open, bright and spacious. To the right is the large, airy living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a Smart TV and a wifi connection. The kitchen is arranged in two modules with a sink and cooking utensils. You'll also find everything you need to cook like at home. Then, just in front of the kitchen is the dining table. Finally, you will find the king size bed in the back of the apartment.
